Audrey Guthrie has spent the last decade serving as legal counsel for government entities, corporations, and nonprofits. She has played a central role in the physical and technological development reshaping communities in the United States. Her general counsel practice spans the full range of organizational legal needs, from technology contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property to construction, real estate, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
