Audrey Guthrie has spent the last decade serving as general counsel for government entities, corporations, and nonprofits. She has played a central role in infrastructure, civic centers, parks, and other civil and commercial development that has reshaped communities across Texas. Her general counsel practice spans the full range of organizational legal needs, from technology contracts, data privacy, and intellectual property to construction, real estate, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
